“It’s hyper-reality. It’s technical achievement. But mainly, it’s fun! THE VOID is a whole-body, fully immersive VR experience, full of surprises at every turn; with you, your family and friends inside the action. One second you’re standing on solid ground, the next you’re stepping deep into darkness, looking at unimaginable beauty – or fending off danger from another realm. Did you see it? Did you feel it? What’s next? You’ll just have to experience it to understand.”

TBP was the Executive Producer for Microsoft’s Celebration Event for 30,000 attendees at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Artistic murals, photo ops, Body Painting, Interactive Muralists, and a live performance by Bruno Mars gave guests plenty to do throughout the night.

This is not your typical Super Hero Party! Our guests took over New York Street on the back lot of Paramount Studios and became the heroes of the night – saving the city (and the event) from the Villains at large! With larger than life projections slathered across building facades, an aerial performance where heroes and villains battled it out on the façade of the Brooklyn Street brownstones, and a “Super Hero” lounge where guests could find costumes and make up artists to turn them into the Super Hero of their whim – it was a night of POW BAM WOW! With a performance by Snoop Dogg on the main stage in the B Tank, and our Canadian friends, Alter Ego on the main stage on New York street- there were constant beats throughout the night!
VH1 Dear Mama
VH1 “Dear Mama” TV Special – New York, NY 2016
Production Company: Tom Bercu Presents
Producer: Evan Grey
VH1 had originally hired us to produce the dinner area décor for their Mother’s Day Special “Dear Mama”. After reviewing our proposal, they expanded our scope of work to include the stage set and venue exterior. 68,000 live roses later, we transformed St Bart’s Cathedral into a floral wonderland.

Cisco / George P Johnson EMEAR Geo Party – San Diego, CA
Production Company: Tom Bercu Presents
Producer: Evan Grey
“Peace, Love, and a Party” was the theme of the Cisco EMEAR Party as we rocked out San Diego. Three rooms. Three 60’s inspired themes. Three DJs. 60’s themed characters, 60’s celebrity look-a-likes, tattoo artists, body painters, dancers, photo ops, and fun costuming helped create the funkiest party of the conference.

In our new home at the iconic AT&T Park, we designed and produced an “Endless Summer Carnival” for 15,000 attendees. Imagine Dragons and Train took turns on stage, while a stunning fireworks display capped the 10th Anniversary Celebration. Over 35 Midway games, 90 Arcade games, and 4 Carnival rides kept the crowd entertained while 400 TBP Staff worked behind the scenes to create a fantastic evening.

TBP produced an event at The Los Angeles Convention Center for a tech client and their 4500 guests. The event was a Bladerunner 2049 meets futuristic inspired theme. Guests entered the event space via the outdoor lounge and through the “ruins” of history and entered into the building through a tunnel of LED video tubes and into the future. The space was divided into six main areas consisting of areas to play a plethora of LED games, race drones, watch the NBA play-offs at a Neo-Tokyo inspired futuristic Sports Bar, and lounge under a 26′ diameter projection sphere 15′ in the air. At the given time, the 120′ long projection wall dropped, and revealed a stage headlined with a live performance by Janelle Monae and Snoop Dog as DJ.

VMWare Hospitality Event
VMware Hospitality Event — San Francisco, CA
Production Company: Tom Bercu Presents
Producer: Evan Grey
Our objective: create a virtual experience of the “Streets of San Francisco” that recreated the city’s popular neighborhoods; and produce a block party carnival and live concert for a mostly male crowd of 11,000 on San Francisco’s Treasure Island in a building that hadn’t been maintained for over 10 years. The operative word here, you might note, is “experience”. There had to be something for everyone. It had to scream “San Francisco” since VMware are had not hosted an event there before. Lastly, it had to be even more entertaining than the prior year’s event, which featured Jurassic Park and King Kong at Universal Studios in Los Angeles.

The massive event space, about 132,000 square feet in all, was maximized for a variety of experiences and looks in order to give the guests a true taste of San Francisco. Inside Building 3, a vacant hangar, seven famous neighborhoods of San Francisco were recreated as fully immersive environments.
Outside in the vast parking lots, the Pier 39 Arcade became a carnival with games designed to evoke the spirit of friendly competition, all anchored by a concert stage featuring Smashmouth who rocked the night away!
