Treasure Island, San Francisco
How it was:
This was a deserted nuclear submarine base over the years as well as several film locations
Rendering:
We meticulously measure the space and through the creative concepts and initial design ideas, we come up with renderings & concepts, within the clients budget.
The ultimate goal was to experience “walking the street of San Francisco”- with its jazz clubs, Haight Ashbury, sports bars, comedy clubs and fabulous restaurants.
Actual Event:
This shows the final concept/vision implemented. Within budget!

The Fira Convention Center
The challenge here was that there is a general session in the same room that they wanted to have the final event & concert in. The ultimate challenge was turning over the General Session room to a party in less than 5 hours.
The idea was to incorporate the technical for the general session into the party this would save on budget but also in the turn over. We utilized the same stage and screens as well as lighting, but added the concert lighting & décor fabric cylinders into the load in for the general session.
We had to “Pre Rig “several of the creative concepts into the general session technical working together with 3 separate clients including the venue.
Let’s add a little more fun to this project; Barcelona is 9 hours ahead of us, so I would get up at 3am to reach the necessary vendors in both Barcelona and London as this is where the general session team was located.
We all really enjoyed the international aspect of this show, meeting new people and creating new work relationships.

LA Center Studios, Los Angeles
This was a fun event because working at LA Center Studios is very “production friendly” so it was much easier to load in and “take over the area” as opposed to other locations- This is a working movie studio, .
Mostly the client wanted a music show and comfortable places to network as communicate- as well as capitalize on their many sponsors and honor them as well. So we created custom lounge areas, with looping visuals to complement each of the areas.

We took over a deserted warehouse/dance club to create a memorable experience for all! Including custom décor F & B an amazing band and offering a plethora of props and costumes for the attendees to become 80’s icons of their choice!
We enhanced the existing lighting and audio system adding custom laser show and confetti blasts.
Again this was an international event and using some amazing vendors from the Montreal area.
